Get help with your Reinversed account, Microsoft Teams setup, privacy questions, or AI-generated content.

Account and setup help

Ask your Reinversed administrator to enable a Teams agent for your organization. In Reinversed, open the agent's Teams settings, select Connect Teams, and send the generated one-time link command in a private Teams chat.

Using Reinversed in Teams

Send messages directly in a personal chat. In group chats and channels, mention @Reinversed with your question or command. Type help in Teams to see the available commands and linking guidance.

Privacy and data requests

Review how Reinversed processes and protects personal data, including retention and deletion practices, in our Privacy Policy. Privacy requests can be sent to privacy@reinversed.com.

Responsible AI

Report harmful or inappropriate AI-generated content.

Reinversed agent responses are AI-generated and can be inaccurate. Review important information before relying on it. If a response is harmful, inappropriate, or unexpected, report it so our team can investigate and take appropriate action.

Include the approximate time, agent name, and a short description. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or other secrets.
